Our vision was clear from the start: we not only want to create sustainable products, we also want to make a real difference. But real change needs strong partners - which is why we are working with the filia women's foundation. filia is committed to a feminist world in which everyone can live freely, safely and self-determined lives. The foundation supports projects by and for women, girls and LBTIQ+ in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe. The focus is on non-violence, social participation and the strengthening of democratic structures. As a brand, we use our reach, our financial resources and our designs to support this work. 10% of our revenue flows directly into filia's projects. Together, we pave the way for women and girls to a self-determined future.

Reconstruction Women's Fund, Serbia
"Siromaštvo ubija! Poverty kills!" and "Dostojanstven rad, a ne glad! Dignified work and no hunger!" Warnings and demands like these are always on the agenda at feminist protests on March 8 in Serbia. This is because women and other marginalized groups are particularly affected by unemployment, miserable working conditions and discrimination in the workplace. The situation is most difficult in rural areas. Here, many elderly people - mostly women - are often alone and without help or financial support.
Radio and project workshop Leipzig
The Sparkles of Hörfunk und Projektwerkstatt Leipzig are a group of young FLINTAs who use radio programs to address topics that they miss in other media: they talk about strong role models for FLINTAs and about women in the music scene. They also discuss very personal topics such as self-esteem and the pressure to perform. The Sparkles broadcast live and visibly from various events. Their work is accompanied by media and empowerment weekends, where they work with trainers to get technically, communicatively and mentally fit for their broadcasts.

Our jewelry collection is more than just timeless design - it was developed in collaboration with filia to combine sustainable values and feminist messages. Each piece of jewelry is made from 100% recycled, GRS-certified materials and bears the name of an inspiring feminist. In this way, we not only make an aesthetic statement, but also actively support change: 10% of our profits go directly to projects for women, girls and LBTIQ+ in Europe.
