Your new Change buddy will reach you within 1-3 business days (for the payment method 'prepayment' the day after payment instruction from your side counts; for other payment methods the day after contract conclusion).

Within Germany we ship for 3,99€. Depending on the shipping method, we ship within Europe from 6,99€. More detailed shipping options and shipping costs can be found in the shipping information.
In addition to Germany, we deliver to many other countries, such as: Great Britain, France, Italy, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, USA. For a complete list of shipping destinations, please see the shipping information.
In order to ensure that your ordered model arrives quickly and flawlessly, and to guarantee you the best possible shipping method, we use different service providers depending on the country and shipping option, including DHL, UPS, ParcelOne and Fedex.
Yes, you will receive your personal tracking number in the shipping confirmation, which you can use to check the shipment status of your order at any time.
Sure, we send everywhere. For a parcel station, please enter your postal number in the address field. Please enter the parcel station including number as street and house number.
If the order is received before 12 noon (Mon-Fri), the item will be delivered the next day. If the order is received after 12 noon, the products are usually delivered within 48 hours.

Our products can be paid easily and conveniently by prepayment, by purchase on account via Klarna, by credit card (Mastercard/Visa/American Express), by Paypal, by immedaite bank transfer and Amazon Pay.

If you did not receive an automatic order confirmation, your order was usually still successful. To make sure that this is the case, just send us an email via hello@change-thelabel.com.
Please contact us immediately at hello@change-thelabel.com and we will try to correct the incorrect information or cancel the order. Unfortunately, the order as well as the shipment of the goods is an automatic process. Therefore, we ask for your understanding if cancellations are no longer possible due to a package that has already been shipped.
You can place your order through a guest account. However, we recommend that you create a user account. In the user account you have a good overview of all your orders.

The gift certificate or discount code is entered and redeemed in the "Gift Certificate and Discount Code" field at checkout.
Simply add your desired product to the shopping cart in our online store and follow the next steps. After you have selected your payment method and completed the order process, you will receive an order confirmation from us by mail.
As soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation including the shipment number.
Return & Exchange
If something is wrong with your order or you ordered the wrong size, you can of course return your delivery to us within 14 days.
Simply fill out our enclosed return form and send it back to us. Usually this can take up to 2 weeks, but we apologize for any possible delays and assure you that we will always try to refund your money as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, an exchange for another product is only possible by placing a new order in the store. Should it be a color or size change, then please write us a message with your order number and your wish to hello@change-thelabel.com.
As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 14 days. After processing, the refund will be made according to the payment method you used.

We have decided not to offer free returns for environmental reasons.
We do not want to encourage the already large mass of parcels and accumulation of packaging waste and hope to ensure that only defective or otherwise faulty orders are returned. We understand that it is very annoying for you when products are not continuously available for order.
Of course, we are not happy about that either. Unfortunately, it is still very difficult for us as a start up to calculate the stocks and sales figures, because the demand always changes unpredictably.
However, we are doing everything we can to avoid such situations in the future and to improve in this area.
Together with ClimatePartner, we calculated the CO2 emissions for our office and our products and created our emissions footprint. To do this, we screened and analyzed every step.
In the process, we have optimized some locations and processes so that they are now as environmentally friendly as possible (e.g., transport routes shortened and packaging material reduced). Unfortunately, not all emissions can be avoided, so we offset them with the help of ClimatePartner by supporting climate protection projects. You can find out more about this here.
