Extended return period during the Christmas period:

All items ordered from 01.12-31.12.2024 can be exchanged until 31.01.2025!

You are not satisfied with your order or you ordered the wrong size? No problem! You can of course return your order within 14 days.

This is how your return works:

Click on this link and you will be taken to our returns portal. Here you can log in with your order number and the email address used and then simply select the items to be returned, reason for return and your desired return method. You will then either receive a shipping label or be forwarded to our customer support to find a solution together.

Since we want to minimize the return shipping of goods for the sake of the environment, we unfortunately do not offer free returns. The cost of your shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount of your order. In the case of defective products and errors on our part, we will of course cover your return shipping costs. Please do not return your order by hand, as our returns processing is done exclusively through our returns portal.

Please note that the delivery and complete processing of your return can take up to 14 business days. For fast processing, it is best to give us as much information as possible in advance.
